One of Brighton's most successful design projects in the past year has been the 'Waste House', a building made completely from waste materials, and we're trying to include this kind of thinking into what we do at the conference. We are planning a conference dinner which will include local 'Zero Waste' chef Doug McMaster, one of the UK's most innovative culinary thinkers, and we are developing conference 'products' from waste material that is currently being generated at Brighton University.
